I believe the PROs use a FOX set up and definitely have a different stance than the Sport or OR version.

Im on the same boat with my OR. Debating sticking with 265/70/17 and leveling it out with Bilsteins 5100s and/or a spacer, or jumping all the way to 285/70/17. Fkn headache. :frusty:

As a way to level the truck out for sure, Spacers will definitely do the trick for max 2" of lift I believe. Now is it the "right way" to level the
truck out, a lot of peeps here will say hell no way. I've read countless threads here so far that knock spacers to no end, for very legitimate reasons.

Anyone else more experienced can chime in, as I'm in the novice side, since I'm still debating which way to go as well.

Well it all depends what you intend to do with your truck. But this subject has been beaten to death on this forum lol.
Just do a search for leveling kits and you'll see.

Than spacers might be your ticket if you want to keep it on a budget. Otherwise from what I've gathered here, a 5100 series adjustible shock in the front will level your truck out. Just not quite sure if you'll be able to run the 275-70-17 tire you want, without rubbing.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
The Tacoma PRO sits 1 inch higher than other trucks with the Fox suspension.

I just had a 2inch ReadyLift block installed. I went with ReadyLift vs Rough Country because I wanted to spacer to be black (less noticeable than the shiny billet spacer) I don't go off road, Rides great! A differential drop was included in kit, but instructions said to not use it with OffRoads with crawl control because deceleration vibration may occur. I didn't use diff drop. I love the feeling of the truck a little higher, but it is now about 1 1/4 inches higher than the rear. I will probably add a 1 inch rear spacer to lift rear. I'm trying to decide about wheels and tires now. Trying to decide between Method NVs 17 x 8.5 with KO2s at 265/70 17 size or 285/70 size.
