    hey taco peeps.
I have a 2007 taco with 350.000 kil on it. Has anyone running high like this and what do I need to expect
with this type of mileage? Truck runs great just getting nervous now.

Do the maintenace when needed, change the oil and filter when needed, turn the radio up and keep going.

    350,000km = ~217,500 miles.

That's barely broken in. Worry not. Take care of the truck, it'll take care of you.

    Last tuneup?
    Last throttle body cleaning?
    Last MAF cleaning?
    Clean air filter?

Just the basics first, then go from there.

I'd be all over the suspension at that mileage. Bushings especially. How's the frame!?
Aside from that you're looking at regular maintenance.
For me that would be: Fresh oil @ 5k. Plugs, MT, differentials & transfer-case fluids @ 30k. Coolant @ 90k. Brakes flushed every other brake job. Air filters when necessary.
If it's an AT and you've been good with flushing the AT fluid I'd keep up on that schedule. If it's never been serviced then I'd lean more towards the "fuck it" attitude here. Just keeping it topped off otherwise leaving the trans alone.

    YZTACO,
    Welcome to TW.
My 08 has 270,000 miles and as the others have posted keep up on the maintenance. I change oil/filter (always conventional) every 5000 miles; 5th or 6th set of spark plugs (should be 9th or 10th); have never touched the trans fluid; replaced both front and rear bearing assemblies, control arms, one brake caliper and a few other wear and tear items. Truck is garage kept and treated it well and it has returned in favor.
