I had some trouble finding a shop who would mount my tires on these new Level 8 Tracker Pros. One shop said they wouldn't do it because their machine would scratch the wheel. The other said they wouldn't do it because their machine would scratch the wheel and they said the factory TPMS would not fit on this wheel and quoted me $80 x4 for new TPMS. Finally I found a place who will do it. Their only concern is that balancing this wheel will be tricky with the factory TPMS on one side and a traditional valve stem on the other.

Has anyone else had trouble mounting the TPMS on these wheels or problems balancing them? I'm crossing my fingers that everything is going to be ok. But with the luck I've been having, I'm a bit worried something is going to go wrong.

dziner, thank you for your business.

I apologize you are having a hard time finding a local installer to mount and balance your tire/wheel package. We have not had any problems with the factory sensors fitting these wheels. As far as balancing with a sensor on one hole and a valve stem in the other this is not a problem with a proper balancing machine. There are a few wheels that use this system without problems.

Hopefully, you have a local tire store that will take extra care for you so as not to scratch your nice wheels.

I'll know for sure on Friday. I carried the wheels in to Tires Plus and their main guy took a look and felt pretty confident. And they scheduled me for when their best guy was gonna be there. Hoping all goes well. Was getting worried when 2 shops turned me away.

It should go fine as it is just a normal installation. Let us know how it turns out.

Here’s a question. What center caps are people using with these?

The Pro Series wheels will not accept a center cap. This is an intentional design to give off a raw "off-road" look commonly found in off-road racing.
