The wheels are hub centric. Guess I will be calling Discountiredirect tomorrow morning.

Put the factory wheels\tires back on to verify, no vibration/shimmy.

Yeah I was certain I did not need them but wanted to verify. Thanks for the confirmation.

The rings are to install the CENTERS squarely. Not really needed for the level 8 CENTERS, but a must for the TRD ones. The TRD's dent very easily, but with the rings the center can be pushed in straight and them no dents. It took me a few minutes to figure out what they were for. Maybe I'm wrong but that's the only thing they seem to be in the box for.

I think he is talking about this ring, which is for smaller diameter hubs. They arent needed on the tacos.

That ring is what I was talking about.

Called Discounttiredirect this morning about the issue. Returning the wheels and tires to them. I am sure this is a tire issue. I will be picking a different tire. Excellent customer service!

    This is really nice design.
Are these available or when are they going to be available in the market?

I really like the simplicity of this design. All it needs is the outer ends of the spokes narrowed down a bit into more of a star design...then build it in 16x8 4.5" BS and have it come in at 20lbs or less...WINNER!

I agree - it is a nice design, but this rendering was just a concept back from 2012 and is not going into production.
