I am going to get my windshield noise looked at and I want to get the trasmission tsb done on my 09. I was wondering if anyone has a contact here in Tucson at either Desert or Precision Toyota they could recommend. I must admit I am a little scared.......

I spoke with a young man named Conner at Precision when I got my spring TSB done. I don't know if that will help you or not, he was very helpful in getting my TSB going. I have a 2009 and don't notice a problem with the tranny, yours shifts funny at low speeds?

Yeah it has that typical after a turn/over a speed bump dropping to first shifting issue. I have learned to adjust to it but people still look at me like I "shifted to too low of a gear" and mine is an automatic!
