King lower spring seat orientation

    Just wondering if it matters which way the gap in lower spring seat faces in association with shock. Had coilovers off and decided to preload a couple turns and didn't realize i was just spinning shock body at first. Cant see why it would matter. Cameras not working so best stock image I could find

    Sas swap with Dana 60 and GM 14 bolt rear on 42" Pitbulls
    Best to put the spring end 180 degrees from the opening on the spring seat. Puts the weight across the opening even.
