Rattling when coasting

2008 tacoma, 2.7 4cyl 4x4 130k
Just recently a rattling noise started. I'm not able to pinpoint a specific area yet because I haven't got help from someone standing outside to listen. It only rattles when driving and coasting, Not under acceleration, Not while in neutral, Not while idling, Not specific to turning. For example; I stop at a stop sign, leave and accelerate to 35 mph in second gear, where I let off gas and coast/decelerate. At this point rattling starts, then goes away by either accelerating more or putting it into neutral or by stopping.

Obviously I need help from a friend to help me pinpoint the specific region to narrow it down. But in the meantime I thought maybe someone could help with my short diagnosis and a sound clip I hope you can hear. It's reasonably loud, to be honest I am embarrassed to drive, but it's hard to hear it over a phone mic with wind. It's easiest to hear at 2-3 seconds in. Ignore the squeeks from the shocks, I'm replacing those in a few weeks.

Maybe one or more of the catalytic converter shields?
