Noticed this morning I had a flashing TPMS light. My research said this indicated a problem with the TPMS system. I pulled the DTCs with the Techstream software and I was surprised to find I had two codes, not just one. I seem to recall a TPMS sensor only having about a 5 year lifespan and since my truck is a 2011, this fits the bill.

Am I safe to assume I should go ahead and order two TPMS sensors?

That's a good price. Would these work on a 06?

As long as the ones you buy have the correct amount of digits that you program shouldn't be a problem, other issue you can run into is wrong angle on how the sensor sits on the wheel.

They will fit 16 and 17 I just put ones from s Tacoma in my new 18 Trail Wheels. Just had to be learned to the vehicle. Took my tire guy 10 minutes and didn't charge me for it.

Hey. I just noticed you have a Shackle on/under your tiregate.
Is it still a proper recovery point? And how did you make it work?

    I'll look it up.
Could you snap a pic of that set up? Or if you posted that somewhere already, just point me in the right direction thanks.
