    the pole seems to be held up by the orange arrows as you can note in the orange circles that the pole is above and below the power lines, side note is that the red arrow seems to locate the bottom section of the utility pole. :eek:

    Edit:
    If you look at the right side two circles you'll notice that the right power line is still attached to the insulator and hanging much lower than the top stringer (which appears to have been broken off during what ever indecent occurred here) thus proving that the power lines are not holding the pole up.
