I am looking to see what is the tallest lift I could put on my truck without having to mess around with the driveline or brake lines on my truck. Would it be a 3 or 4 inch lift?

Pretty sure no more than 3 inch lift. Any higher and you will need new brake lines. My truck sits around 5 in the front and about 4 in the back. I still need to extend my rear lines and also need to get extended travel for the shocks.

If I did the OME lift 2", and did a 1" body lift, no need to extend brake lines? Not able to find any good 3" lifts.

No need to extend if you keep it less than 3". Check out Toytec suspension lift if you haven't already. Body lifts I would try to avoid for the fact it will make your ride quality a bit shotty.

3" is pushing the limit of stock components/front driveline angles if you have a 4WD. I already blow CV boots and I am pushing 2.5" or so. Just stick with the standard 2-2.5" stuff, you can clear 285's (33") without much issue or none at all.

2WD you have little to no issues with lifting because there is no front drive components. I would do a spindle lift to get 3-4" easy and call it a day.

I also put extended rear brake lines with the extended length Bilstein shocks and the dakar heavy EL springs. Looks like you need them when you droop out.

    Definitely avoid body lifts.
