I placed an order with these guys yesterday, wheels & tires. Got an email from them this morning saying they needed to talk with me to complete the order, OK, give them a call. No operators available, leave a voice mail, OK, I did. No call back plus they already had my phone number from my order. How are these guys to deal with? I'm not an instant gratification guy but when you place an order north of 1K I think a little attention is not unreasonable to expect.

 

purchased 2 sets of tires from them in the last 4 months,, order went thru, had tires within 3-4 days,, awesome place to order from..

 

You need to call Monday morning first thing with your order/invoice #......

DTD is the only place I buy tires/wheels.....4 sets tire/wheel pkg the last 3 years....

Never had a bad experience with them......they are GTG ! You missed the Thanksgiving sale !

ordered these Monday Nov 20....bolted them on Nov 22......

 

OP...........they couldn't ship your order till Monday 11th anyhow..........

Have not had the truck very long and this weekends snow had me stressing with the stock Dunflops.

 

They have been good for me on multiple past orders, would and will order there again.

I will also add that they’ve been great for me the past several years and multiple orders. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again, can’t beat no tax and free shipping.

 

So you had them mount balance and put on new tpms sensors on?

I've bought several sets of tires and two sets of wheels from DT. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The store I go to seems to have had the same manager and guys working there for a long time. usually those places have high turnover and you don't know what you're getting. I always make an appointment online for my tire rotations. They attack the truck like a pit crew. Out within a half hour.

 

yes..........new sensors put in new MB 352 wheels.........but........

when I had my '14 Taco aligned last week.......(5100's on all 4 corners)

the shop also calibrated the new sensors.......but......had a bad one....

it would not calibrate......soooooo..called DTD the next morning........

its on its way now with the Brown truck.....shipped the same day !

as the bumper sticker says.'schidt happens'.....the shop owner

says bring back in & he'll reinstall new/good one.......he only charged $10........

but $89 for the alignment..........

IF........I were to do it all over.......I'd skip the new sensors..........

I know how to read a tire gauge..........sensors are $25 a pop..........

Thanks DTD. Spoke with a rep this morning, got right through. All is good now. The wheels I wanted are at a different warehouse so it will be a few days until they get them and mount the tires and ship them, no biggie.

Yep...DTD is GTG. LOL

 

Got the same call when I had tires shipped to a different address than my billing address (had them sent to work address), talked to CS and resolved it no problem, transaction was GTG.
