I just installed some ditch light and now my radio/console clock and car charger doesnt work now. The radio has a blinking light and the center console has a light that shows the car/key symbol but nothing else in that area works. I've checked the fuses and all are good, any ideas on what the issue could be?

how did you hook up the ditch lights? unhook all that and see if it fixes your issue. if so then its something with your wiring

Neighbor did it but everything looked to be top of the line install. I watched it all and nothing seemed to a miss.

Did they tap your clock plug for switch illumination or something?

I’d get your neighbor to let you know specifically what was tapped.

I’m 100% betting this is a switch install issue.

Is this also wired up to some standalone relay harness to the battery also?

I think the accessories fuse was used for the switch illumination. It is wired to the battery but has a relay harness as well.

Great advice, I found it. It seems that the piggy back is not giving the connection it should to give power to that area. Once I removed that and placed the fuse back in, it worked fine. So now I have to see how else I can illuminate the switch.
