I know it's a very broad question But any suggestions would help...also the right front side vears quite a bit but the wear is even on all tires...maybe that has something to do with it ?

    OK - A few suggestions ....

    - Brake pads not returning (Calipers sticking) causing dragging of the brake pad to the rotors.
    - Low brake pad and wear warning tabs are hitting the rotor (needs brake pads replaced).
    - Since it just got cold - I had a car that had vacuum lines that were old and / or oil soaked. Sometimes the connections would leak and whistle.
    - Pull the cabin air filter behind the glove box and look for debris that my be hitting the fan
    - possibility of the cat heat shields loose /hitting the drive shaft?

    When you hear the noise
    - use your brakes and see if the noise changes?
    - does the noise change when you change speed?
    - slow slowly to a rolling stop if you can and see if the noise stops when the vehicle stops
    - changing fan speed changes the noise?
    - will it happen when only cold out / only when you first drive the vehicle - or only after it has been driven a number of miles?
