No. I’m not hairy to begin with plus maintaining is easy. Like every two days.

Shit I shave my face twice a week at the most. Thats how fast my hair grows.

I guess I prefer to put all my test in growing mass instead of hair :muscleflexing:

I no longer run. I ran a marathon in like 2013... then I was over running. Like that goodwill commercial.

I tried running a couple weeks ago. My rotator cuff lit up so I only made it half a mile before stopping.
I love how I can bench over 200lbs but if I run my arm feels like its gonna fall off. Someone explain that.

Someone take that bait from @PackCon 's trap and post a freshly shaved chest pic!

Bf % #'s get thrown around like nothing. I know you all know that...
I don't think @zacharypaul89 looks like he's in the high 20's...but in the mid to high teens lower stomach fat is very minimal.

That up-and-down movement probably jostles your shoulder. I've noticed from talking to different people that rotator cuff injuries come in all forms. Mine aren't badly injured, but doing wide-grip pullups bothers my left one in the back of my shoulder. Other folks like @Newlife have their bench affected and I think @dwalden2 can't go heavy on incline bench because of his.

You're my new favorite person in this thread

I think mine is more of an AC Joint issue than a tater cuff. Unofficially diagnosed by Dr. Dwalden2

I have cubital tunnel syndrome in both arms.

I got it when I started an office job and grad school. I was typing so much without any pads it came on pretty quick.
I also notice it when I do any tricep exercises where your elbow goes any closer than 90 degrees.

I do stretches daily and obviously have pads set up at my computer now.

Your ulnar nerve runs along the outer part of the elbow and its very superficial so its in the primo spot to get irritated.

I’ve got a new elbow pain from switching from high bar to low bar squats. It also doesn’t help that my current program has me doing squats and bench press on the same day. It doesn’t hurt to touch the elbow but it just gets sore after a workout and I can feel it during some of the lifts. It’s gotten progressively better as I’ve been working on low bar more though

. Mine was far more extensive than a rotator. Ac joint, labrum, pec, bicep, anterior delt, partial tricep, and trapezius tears

In other words my bench fucking sucks

Day 1 switching to bulk diet...
Only real changes I need to make are drink a full protein shake mid day (no mid day protein shake before), and a much smaller one after the gym so it doesent fill me up making eating a proper dinner miserable

And either bringing an extra meal of eggs during the day or upping the serving size of lunch.

Already I’m so thankful for the extra food during the day. Not starving between every 2-3hour mini meal.

In return i reward my self for the extra food by lifting harder. Gonna be a fun 3 months lol

Let me show you my daily pleasure drawer

I mean your metabolism adjusts to your eating habits...so if you set yourself on the 6 to 7 mini meals for months plan...not doing that just creates crazy swings in energy and hunger. But ya. It’s a pretty consistent 2 to 3 hours for sure

Im probably one of the few people that can say I’m at a calorie deficit when going to the bar lol! Swing dancing, at a high level of intnensity (partner flips, fast paced ect) can burn about 375 to 400 cal an hour. Over a 3 hour evening, if it’s a busy night I end up doing songs back to back to back. Over 3 hours..not counting rest time obv, I’ve still covered my 2-3 beers or 2 to 3 simple cocktails
