Not sure why but when I was living in one of the other apartments I actually enjoyed getting up earlier. I looked forward to getting up, making lunch and then having a tea while sitting on the 10th floor balcony watching the sun rise. But now I live in a basement apartment which is depressing lol

Lol of course a balcony makes things better! Why don't you move in something better then?

My rent is really cheap compared to other options. My apartment it worth 850 a month then another 150 to use the garage and park 2 vehicles. That is what everywhere else would want. I only pay 780 lol my apartment is just as big as the 3 bedroom apartments in the building but I pay less then half what they do cuz it's just a one bedroom. My point is that if I moved I would be paying more for less. So I will stay here until I buy a house. I would like to pay my truck off before I buy a house. So 3 years. Gives me time to pay off debt and save a good chunk for a down payment

Was just saying how it was nice being up on the 10th floor of an apartment building. It was nice waking up to the sun shining in and having a balcony to sit on. And having a dishwasher was nice. I never thought I would like living in an apartment building but it was nice. No shoveling snow, no set garbage day, just drop the garbage down the shute. Plus there was a huge bin I could toss anything into. The washing machines were massive so I only had to do one load lol lots of nice people and had this communial feel to it. I've been living in basement apartments for like 4 years now and it's almost depressing lol I'm tired of hearing the people above me, no sun shining in and I can't watch thunder storms lol

As spacious as my place is there's no room for him haha I have quite a bit of stuff lol

Hahaha it's nothing fancy. I just live in a tri-plex now. Top floor is a 3bdrm middle floor is a 3 bdrm and mine in the basement is a 1 bedrm. But I also have the garage too which is really nice for storing my tools and stuff

Then please for everything you hold true and love in this world DO NOT run around your neighbors apartments naked!

Then you will never be able to hit them up for the wifi password
