    It supposed to equal 75% of my pay. The company sets aside 1 gross paycheck for every year of service. 18.5 yrs of service for me. It's one of the better benefits we have. It's only a temp layoff.
    A full blown layoff would be 90% of my pay.

    I think we're going to end up with A full blown layoff around April or May.
    There's been alot of shady mishandling of money since Jack Welch left as CEO and Immelt took over.
    He's since stepped down.
    But the biggest failure was us purchasing a nearly bankrupt Alston. Might take 3 yrs for us to come back from that shitty deal.

    Just got done moving 20, snow covered plant vehicles so the plow operators can clean the lots better. I bet a solid third of them had their wipers frozen to the windows and the wipers were switched on. I'm pretty sure a third of those, I striped the splines on the wiper arms. Oops! Not sure if its my fault or not. Also not really caring either...

    Never even changed in to my safety boots. Been a long nite. What makes it worse is the only 2 people I care to associate with, are out tonight.

    I had some bad scratches on my driver's side door that were really bumming me out (kinda looked like a little kid tried to do a ZZ Top logo on it), and the Scratch-X took 'em right out. I'm so happy! :bananadance:
