I took off my TB to give it a good cleaning. I also cleaned my MAF. I also disconnected the battery for 30 min. I've driven the truck for 3-4 days now, and my idle is still around 1000rpm, with startup rpm being 1500rpm.

    Can anyone help? Thanks.

It doesn't have an IAC. It's fly by wire. After disconnecting the battery, the computer has to relearn idle speed. It will slow down soon.
