outside temperature display wrong - always +4 degrees

You guys have it all wrong. I bet most the trucks with high outside temp reading have tow package on their trucks. Look under the hood the extra power steering cooler is right next to the outside temp sending unit. It is black and is about 1/4 inch in dia. and about 1.5 inches long. The factory placement of this unit is less than an inch from the cooler. Just move the sending unit to the right side of the piller it is attached to and it will read normal while driving.
