Also OP not sure where you're located but where I got my taco there's a 17 Cement Pro. So I'm sure if you want the exact same you can manage it.

Glad you're ok and comforting to hear you walked away. Definitely hurts to see a pro get beat up like this. I have a manual pro and I always worry about losing it one way or another. Much harder to replace than a typical Tacoma trim.

Glad you are OK, My 2012 did not look that bad and it was totaled, same type of accident damage. Even if it was fixed you would be unhappy with it. Just my.02

Your truck is without a doubt totaled. Try to find dealer paperwork and negotiate the price up since TRD PROs sell for a LOT more than normal TRDs. Pull local for sales ads for Pros, etc. Make a big stink that it will be a hassle to find another Pro to make sure you get compensated appropriately...

I appreciate all the kind words. I will post updates as they come.

If it is indeed totaled, will need to see how much they actually pay out on it. Would be a tossup between an 18 off road 4x4, blue pro, or possibly a raptor.

There’s a typo in your response. I think you meant 4runner Pro instead of Raptor. :D. Please do update us!

I’m sorry. This is unfortunate news. Calculating a total loss depends on the amount of repair costs compared to the value of a vehicle. Typically, once repair costs equal or exceed 75% of a vehicle’s value, it’s deemed a total loss. Due to the relatively high value of Tacomas, it will require significant damage and repair costs to amount to a total loss. I think it will be a close call here in your case. The damage to the drivetrain will be a crucial factor. I just can’t say based on the photos whether it’s a total loss or not. Definitely keep us posted.

Sorry to see your TacoPro hurt like that, but I'll say it first... If you do get news that it's totaled, I'm offering to buy your Pro taillights from you, granted they're not damaged from the accident. Seriously.

    Hope you a speedy reconciliation.

If the insurance company does not decide to total it (which I doubt) ask about diminished value. If they choose to repair it, that truck will NEVER be the same. You'll hear squeaks, rattles, etc. forever. My wife works in insurance...If you need help with the claim, PM me. Good luck.
Also, I'm very glad you are ok. That BMW is jacked. These are super tough trucks.
