This is Ziva’s way of telling me she isn’t done with her walk (apparently 3 miles wasn’t long enough). She stopped outside the door and would not come in the house.

 

Mine used to do that when he was younger.

That looks a lot like my old beagle we named beagle because he showed up on the porch one day weighing 50+ lbs and 10+ yrs old. Lost him earlier this yr. to a battle with Diabetes great dog my daughter's favorite. Vet believe he was around 16 when he passed. The only beagle I have ever known to only bark or bay when it was eating time never barked any other time. We still have this wild thing though!
For some reason whenever my daughter isn't in the truck this 75lb mutt has to try and ride in her car seat! She's roughly 8 and full of trouble has taken a lot of patience and training to get from where she was to now being manageable.

 

Great looking husky. My pups only 6 months old and 3 miles is like a warm up for him already. As soon as we get in the door and he gets off the leash, he bolts for his toys to play and burn more energy. I wonder when he will start doing this at the door.

 

she's about to be 6 and still goes like she's a puppy. if i miss a few days of walks (i travel a lot) she lets me know it and becomes a royal pain in the @$$ lol

My old Jack Russell use to do the same thing.

 

My GSP/Viszla mix is the exact same way. Thinks he can squeeze into the tiniest of spaces too

 

Handsome Lab. And he keeps a great looking kingdom. Looks Canadian Shield like, or Cambrian at least with the forest and water.

 

Apparently she owns the place and we just live here.

Glory and Gunner. Gunner is the GSP. Woke up one day and he was dead. Apparently GSPs are like horses where if they eat too fast their stomachs can twist and cut off blood flow.
