Good morning! I managed to get a few things turned yesterday. It was about 30* in the shop, but I closed the upstairs door and got it tolerable with a space heater.

Nice moose, @MQQSE! My wife bagged a nice roast from the meat counter this week.

 

Those overseas flights sucked.

 

It’s different down here. Cold one day hot the next. Sometimes in the same day. I think I got 4 animals last year. It’s still whitetail season for month or so.

I cooked up all the ground in skillet . I just poured Big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in bottom,spread ground meat over,drizzled a little beef broth over and topped with mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes. I do want to try a topping with cornbread sometime

 

I just spit my egg nog coffee..

 

That's how I would have guessed to do it. I'll have to give that a try sometime, thanks.

 

Oh and baked at 375 for an hour
