OP, here's what I use on my tires.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FJDL0J8/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And I apply it with this

    https://www.amazon.com/Chemical-Guy...8&sr=1-7&keywords=chemical+guys+tire+dressing

It gives it a nice shine, and will hold up solid for about 10 days before needing a reapply. I've found once I apply it to stay parked for a bit to let it "soak in" otherwise it'll just fling off. Usually I'll wash cars in the late afternoon when driving is done for the day so it can chill overnight.

Here's what it looks like. Gives it a nice black look, and not overly greasy.

Sorry Brother I didn't know you were as anal about the engine compartment as Chad.

I really need to not drink and TW at night. Apparently I get jealous of other people's engine bays.

If that product is flinging you are using way too much.

I also love the product. Mine lasts a good month though.

Also works for months on the black trim. Does a stellar job :)

Personally, I use the least expensive product I can on Wheel Wells. My reasoning is that as much as I love how dressing them improves the look of a vehicle, realistically, that's the very first spot that's going to get dirty again. That said, I generally use diluted Meguiar's Hyperdressing in that area.
