Someone scraped my bumper

Went with the family to eat some lunch and came out to the passenger rear bumper cap being scraped to hell... ugh...

I'm guessing it shouldn't be too expensive to replace this cap, but does anyone have a blazing blue that they're looking to get rid of?

I had a similar thing happen except I was in my truck. I was stopped at light and a lady tried to squeeze by me to get into the left turn lane. Unfortunately she misjudged how much room was between me and the median curb. It cost $300 CAD for the body shop to repair it.

Ouch! I try to be careful, even park far out in parking lots, but these instances seem unavoidable.
