Yea man I’m def packing the Dh rig for this...too good of an opportunity not to ride! Anyone know if you have to call in advance to get on the rider roster for the day like Bailey does?

They’ve added a lot of trials also since the first time me and Ed went. We went opening weekend this past year and it was awesome. Lot of wicked trails.

They’re only open for events is the thing so if anyone is interested we’ll have to schedule around that.

Does anyone have any Windorck trail recommendations?

We hit it a couple weeks ago on a day trip. First time there. Their trail ranking system really threw me off. Their blue trails (at least the ones we hit) were tamer then the main road at AOP. Kept driving waiting for something to pop up. Never changed for the most part. Hit a couple blacks that were better (35/36 iirc), but even they were pretty mild with a few interesting spots thrown in. It’s just so big that if you don’t know what you’re looking for it sucks.

Probably head back out there in a couple weeks. Looking for more wheeling/less driving dirt paths.

Looking for stuff like AOP’s blues, George winter, etc. Stuff that armored trucks on 33-35’s can have fun on. Not looking for buggy/certain death trails.

    From last week

Loved the words of this post. AOP is where it's at tho. For your build I'd recommend trail 6,16,15,12 disobey the sign on 12 tho lol. 22 was challenging before ATR. But still has some nice flex spots

Says SxS only lol and enter at your own risk. It's doable tho. We had a dclb do it. With lots of winching and body damage.

Between the police force at the camp ground tales I hear and then reading this, Harlan sounds waaaayy cooler than windrock. I go wheeling to escape rules and overzealous security forces. Not that I drink and wheel, it's the principal!

Still planning on going on this trip.

Great park! I've took the family there to stay in a cabin during snow. No wheeling besides SxS rental.

It's very commercialized. Offroad theme park
