No offence, but is this whole ‘TRD’ thing stupid?

That may be because they are worth more (especially the '15s) --and it should be "you're right"...

Perhaps read the entire thread and you'll see where the Nismo got thrown in the TRD badging discussion.

With all the KO2’s I see they should change it to BFG Off-Road

Thanks to the Chinese all the 2016’s and 2017’s are now the “140.00 Off-Road!”

TRD means that the profit is so much on Taco's that Toyota can throw money away for racing LOL

Lol, I like leather in sports cars and lux suv's . Not in my Toys :) I'm with you on the no sunroof thing. Made sure mine came without.
By the way, I tend to like righteously indignant folks !

Its all a sales gimmick. They race cars and trucks to sell parts and vehicles. Is some of that technology passed down? Maybe a little but for the most part the real development is done by the race teams which are essentially custom.

But thats no different than any other company, even ones like Ferrari. We wont see Ferrari putting a 1.6L V6 in their sales cars anytime soon.

You dont really think Ford's trophy truck uses those shit Fox shocks on the stock raptor do you?

So we’re complaining that TRD stands for Toyota Racing Development and the fact that the additional TRD equipment might not have actually been developed as a result of racing is...upsetting?

What? Were there no good drum brake threads today or something? lol

I don't have any other dude's farts embedded in my seat. (And those farts do poof out-- just as soon as your ass goes on it)

I will pay thousands of dollars to avoid that in this life and the next. It's worth it for that alone.

    Also, Tacomas APPRECIATE, dontcha know?

The latest 3rd gen vs 2nd Gen thread got shut down, multiple bannings. It was a bloodbath. This is all we could sneak under the radar.
