    Yeah, their details say, "Select items (mostly large or heavy) may be excluded. Look for the Ships for $ notice on 1000s of items for which we instead offer a reduced shipping rate." but this item doesn't say that anywhere. I tried chatting on their website, but it just sat there for like 20 minutes. I'm doing random things at home today (while waiting for my RTT delivery), so I called, but have been on hold for over half an hour now. I've got it on speakerphone, and have been multi-tasking, so it's not bothering me yet, but you'd think they'd actually answer their phones or something.

    I tried getting one of these the last time, but I missed out on black (sold out), so I wanted to snag one now.

    Yea, sorry about that, I bought one of the smaller ones after I saw the original post a few weeks ago.
    When it arrived today I wanted another. I got on there site to order one and saw that free shipping banner, I never read the fine print. I thought the shipping was for everything.

    I bought two of the black ones on the first round and I think I was one of the last ones to get in my order before they went ouf of stock. I also got the free shipping and live in Hawaii!     So after reading everyone's comments on this thread I went to go check anyways. And, of course as everyone stated above there is now a shipping fee. Except for me it's $115 per box to Hawaii :mad:. But what their website currently failed to catch is that the colored versions of the same boxes still qualify for the free shipping if you order from your phone and one box at a time:bananadance:. Just incase I also chose not to let the website use my location when prompted. I paid with paypal and it worked. So, I've just ordered one teal, red and purple in three separate orders all with free shipping! Now I'll have a total of five boxes. And, I'm sure my kids will claim the purple and red ones while my wife will want the teal.

    @Vanguard that was a great find with the free shipping! I almost ordered two teals, however I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger. I need similar boxes, but not quite as tall; I'd like these to slide under my tonneau cover.
    17.5" is the maximum outside height, but 16" - 17" would be ideal. I'm looking around, but not having any luck. Does anyone recommend anything that would work?
