Hi guys, my 05 Tacoma 2.7l just started misfiring, code reader first gave me a p0300 code. I changed all the spark plugs and it ran fine for one day and then started shaking on the highway. This time I got a p0303 code. I changed the coil pack, still misfiring, still p0303 code.
How are the cylinders numbered? 1 from front to 4 at back? Just wondering if I got the right cylinder with the coil pack, or maybe it's not the coil but something else.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    GD

I put in Ngk iridium plugs. The ones I took out were denso iridium plugs. The Ngk were the only ones available at the local part source.

You could have a bad plug or broken/pinched wire where it plugs into the coil pack. Try switching the spark plug from #3 with a different one and see if the code changes or try another new plug in cylinder #3.

I just had a bad brand new plug.
Put one of the old plugs in hole 3.
Bet ya your truck will run fine....
