I had to take a tire in for repair, they changed the valve stem on the tire, question, how do I reset the tire monitored system? (I want to reset to get rid of the warning light) thanks

From my understanding, if the system does not see all the configured TMPS monitors then it will never correctly reset.

sseaman, I didn't explain that very well, what I meant was, I picked up the tire and put it on the truck, now I want to re-set the monitor system. (Thanks)

If they changed the valve stem, they broke your sensor. If it flashes for a few minutes then goes solid that will confirm the problem.

More then likely aftermarket unprogrammed sensor.
