What kind of discount should I try for on the last remaining 2017 4cyl 4x4 SR 5 speed manuals?

    Has Toyota actually stated they will not be building 4cyl manuals? Didn't they just update the transmission for 2016. Why update it if they'll be dropping it.

    The 5-speed is a better tranny than the 6-speed. Pretty sure it's 23 spline output and the the 6-speed is 19.

    A dealer in my area is now listing a 2018 SR I4 2.7L 6 speed auto.

    I would say the 5 speed is dead. Now, will they offer the 6 speed SR with a MT? Stay tuned I guess.
