Any great Beer Brats recipes or takes out there?

    DIY Fabricobbler.
    I do onions and butter in a skillet. Cook until clear.

    Add brats and one full beer.
    Cook until the beer has completely evaporated, leaving a nice sticky gravy.

    Serve and eat them however you like from here.

    That's supposed to be sacrilege... I do 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 Frank's red hot on mine. I also just cook them on the grill only. I've never tried the beer and onion technique.
