What gears Is everyone using And or recommend

What’s up everyone I’m looking into re gearing my truck my truck was diagnosed by Toyota with to much pinion play causing a harsh vibration I’m having at high speeds we’re not entirely convinced it’s that yet but that’s not why I’m writing this

I’m looking into re gearing instead of stock gearing if the pinion play is the issue I was looking into nitro 456 but I’ve also heard Yukon is a great company i would love any and all input anyone has I’m running about 3 inches of lift in the front about 2.5 in the rear on 33-34 inch tires I do off-road pretty frequently but most of my driving is commuting thank you
