Replacing halogens with LED in headlight will cause the headlight to turn yellow?

    Anyone heard this? I saw someone saying this elsewhere. Any truth to it?

    Why would it turn yellow? That would require a chemical reaction. LED's do not emit gas or chemicals that would cause this.

    Plastic turning yellow is usually UV related.

    I have no idea and it didn't make sense to me either. But they kept saying to go search tacoma world and there was info here. I couldn't find anything.
