    The manufacture that I buy my LED motorcycle headlights from already had them made up and called them Baja lights, I liked the look and brightness of them so I purchased a batch of them. Sure as heck wasn't going to pay Baja Design prices so some thief could steel them off my truck.

    @mattgecko

    We are requesting you stop selling these lights. You are in direct violation of the Baja Designs trademark by using "Baja" in your name and advertising. You are also falsely advertising your products. We have tested these knock offs against ours and the wattage is 27.5W instead of the advertised 40W. The lumen count is also much lower than 4000 at that lower wattage.

    For those interested, here is a comparison photo showing the No-Name circuit board vs. the Baja Designs circuit board. As you can see there is a major difference in the technology and circuitry.

    Please PM me or Call 800-422-5292 if you have any questions.

    I will not sell them here, its cool. Though I did not claim them to be "Baja Design" lights.

    lol so how is "baja" in direct violation with "baja design"

    the board is clearly different
    the output is different
    the lights are clearly different....

    I fail to see where there is any sort of rip off on the trademarked top shelf quality brand lights being sold by Baja Design and these no name lights being sold by the OP

    not looking to piss or fuel a fire here, just simply looking for clarification

    I own my own private labels so I consider myself familiar with the laws...

    pretty sure using only "baja" is arbitrary in this case...

    at most maybe OP could remove the spelling of the word "baja"

    but for "baja designs" to request you stop selling these is a moot point

    The Baja1000 will now be known as "Speedy Mexican Desert Race 1000" due to copyright infringement.
