So I went to Lowe’s and they didn’t have a 10mm hex driver so I couldn’t check the front diff. I was able to check the rear siffnand it’s a little low. Is this low enough to cause a whining sound?

It's a bit low but not enough to cause a whine.

Does it stop once you let off the throttle and coast? Does it happen only with light throttle?

So I toyed around a bit with it this afternoon. So whine only happens from 45-55mph and sounds the same regardless of whether or not I’m on the gas.

I just took it to the dealership and they're telling me it the front driver side wheel bearing going bad with the passenger not far of. I guess that makes sense...
