Vibrating with diff drop?

I put a 2.5in lift on my truck and a few days later added 1in diff drop, almost immediately a I noticed a weird noise coming from the front wheel area while driving. I didn’t notice the noise after I put the lift on and prior to the diff drop but I’m not sure.

The noise is intermittent and seems like it happens with every wheel revolution (it’s not tire noise) and is loudest between 30-45 mph. It kinda seems like a dull vibration. I think it’s due to the diff drop. Anyone have this same problem? Or possible solutions?

What is the ECGS ? I can’t find out what it actually is ?
