I recently bought a Tacoma with a supercharger already installed. It currently has a Bullydog tune but I was curious if its possible to flash back to stock in order to get the TRD flash?

Do you have the bully dog?
You should be able to use the bully dog to turn it back to stock. Or message @OVTune and see what he suggests.

All I can say is good luck! You may be able to return the stock flash with your BD handheld, but Toyota probably won't be able to install the TRD flash. For reasons that escape me, their system looks for a specific ID before it permits flashing the ECU. If it finds anything other than the correctly coded OEM flash (which I believe it does from the moment the ECU is updated), it won't install the TRD flash.

For me, the Spark Knock TSB update (installed by Toyota) prevented installation of the TRD flash (by Toyota) when I added my supercharger. I ended up replacing my ECU to "solve" this issue.
