Enable touch screen while vehicle moving?

Wondering if anybody has found a solution to enable the touchscreen to be used while the truck is moving. Would make sense if there was a sensor in the passenger seat (or something similar) so the passenger could type navigation addresses, etc while on the road.

Saw some info for previous generation trucks but couldn’t find anything for the 3rd gen. Any input appreciated.

 

As far as I know there are 3 products you can wire into your radio, with a toggle switch that tells the car its stopped to allow you to work the nav. If you click these links or search those product names you should be able to find a ton of info on this...
