Here are two X-Gauges that I found helpful. Outside of the trip functions that we can add to gauge function, this is all I am using currently.

    Fuel Level (remaining)
    TXD - 07C02129
    RXF - 046185290000
    RXD - 2808
    MTH - 13880EC90000
    Name - FLV

19.2G is the highest it will read, and I hear it gets screwy below 2 gallons as well.

(props to @jsey21 for sharing EOT below):

    Engine Oil Temperature (Degrees Fahrenheit)
    TXD: 07E02134
    RXF: 432100000000
    RXD: 4008
    MTH: 00090005FFD8
    NAM: EOT

I live in Ontario, Canada and have a 2015 2WD Tacomawith 5 speed manual and the first tank yielded 34.69 MPG which in Canada is an Imperial gallon which is larger than US gallon - about 4.5 guarts. This is town and country driving combined which to me was outstanding and a real surprise. It is broken in now and gets the same mileage or a tad better. I got a Fold-A-Cover hard cover for it and have noticed very little in change of mileage but it is a lot quieter with less wind noise. I always shift around 2500 rpm's and it has good power. If I shift at 3000 rpms, by the time I get into 5th gear I am way over the speed limit at 120 kilos per hour which is about 70 MPH US. It has great torgue and I seldom downshift going through villages and most hills I just leave it in 5th gear and have to give very little throttle unlike the V6 GMC Sonoma I had before which was always downshifting on hills with the throttle almost to the floor. I am so pleased I bought this Tacoma before they did away with the 5 speed and plan to keep it as long as I can. I was talking to the parts man at the dealership and he has a brother with an older model like this with a manual and he also gets great mileage. I think I would have gone to the V6 if I was to get an automatic especially 4 WD

My last tank full was 85 E-free and on my 2015 5-spd 4x4 Access Cab I had an average of just over @18 mpg, which was 4-days a week back forth to work (which is @12 miles on the freeway) and (@4 miles city) driving in between. I have @34K on the odometer and 265 4/ply tires.

I have no performance mods in any way, yet.

I do achieve a little better mpg on E-free but the greatest thing is how much better it runs.

Before I added a lift, larger 10 ply tires and 600lbs of armor, I was averaging about 23mpg. Now I get about 18mpg
