Your honor, I'd like to refer you back to Reason # 2. History has shown that this reason is considered standard/common practice and therefore has become "common law". I can refer you to specific case law if needed.

So, so happy to have my Taco back finally!!!! The drive to work this morning, and drive home, were so much more pleasant than Wednesday's drive in the old 1/2 ton.

The Taco is so much more planted and stable.

Although, my brake pedal is way squishier in the Taco than that old 1/2 ton Chevy was. LOL Probably need to do the steel brake line mod some day.

I love winter, but I'm already tired of shoveling.

The temp was -15 when I got to work this morning. I spent most of the day outside. Thankfully it warmed up to 3 ::sarcasm::

Then I get home to find the plow truck driver plowed my parking spot in halfway with snow. Had to dig my spot out of a frozen three foot berm before even going into the house.

That stinks. The plow drivers here are awful too. Thankfully my neighbors are helpful and take care of the mess - neighbor just got a utv with a plow. He spent half the day plowing, like a kid with a new toy. you just need more helpful neighbors!

The lady across the street always comes to help. She's bored and lonely. (I'm not THAT lonely though ;)) she talks a lot while I shovel.

I have yet to see city plows in my hood. All the better though. Can still get into my driveway.

Spent my evening playing fetch in the backyard with the hell hound. Single digit temps didn't bother her one bit. Nor did the snow sticking to her face.

    20171223_172118-01.jpg

Really hard to take photos in the dark with a phone and snow gloves on with an excited dog. LoL
