I moved to a ski town in Colorado after college with $300 in my pocket in the early 90’s. I lost $200 of it in a poker game the first night and had five job offers the next night at the bar. I spent the next 10 years snowboarding, climbing, hiking, kayaking, 4x4ing, rafting, trail running, mountain biking, and chasing slow women. I don’t regret doing it one bit.
Traveling is the best way to learn what your capable of being as long as you have the proper funds to support that choice. I am fortunate to have carpenter skills and that has been a good benifit in finding work wherever I go. Pick up a good skill and go for it! Best of luck to your future endeavors!
