Toyota Entune problem

So I'm having an odd issue with my Entune system. I know it's well documented how many hugs these systems and hopefully someone can help me with this problem. Also for some context I have a 2016 Tacoma 4x4 manual transmission 4 cylinder so it just has the basic Entune system with no GPS or anything like that. I've attached a picture of what the screen currently looks like and that's the problem I am facing. Typically that screen would show the song artist, name, and album but today it randomly switched to this screen. It did this once before but it only did it once and the next time I turned the truck off then on it had fixed itself. This wouldn't be that big of a deal but when this screen is showing it also stops the rewind, skip, pause, and play buttons from working. If someone else has dealt with this problem or has some sort of tips on how to deal with it I would really appreciate it.

 

tsb? What is that? And I looked in my system for an update and it said up to date granted I only have the basic system which does not have internet access

Unfortunately that seems to be the old link, the new link the other user posted a screenshot of says to disregard that TSB and the updates do not work that are on that file. I am trying to find the T-SB-0279-17.

 

I hate this entune crap. If the truck wasnt lease it would have been out already.
