I’d second that. A good steel IFS will do you well and if you can budget a mid skid in the deal as well it’ll be a great start.

Those mall curbs are getting really high now a days. :burnrubber:

Coming from the PNW I do a lot of muddy/dark forestry roads and creek crossings. Its also my daily driver, and since im not crawling it (yet :D), trying to stay away from adding a bunch of armor. I also do a bunch of snow camping / summer camping. I'm leaning towards the caliraised light bar or maxtrax for now. I am installing the US Off Road winch bumper day after tomorrow. cant wait! :oldglory:

This was me a couple weeks ago. I bought a Viair 450P so I no longer have to drive on the highway with low tires to the nearest gas station when I'm done camping.

I’m that case, a good set of ditch lights and some traction boards would be my suggestion. I hate trails with my headlights but a light bar is too focused ahead.

    Please, elaborate.

You have a $300 budget. Any combination of armor. You may be able to squeeze an IFS and mid skid out of that budget on a good day with a sale or any combination of smaller items. LCA skids, rear Diff skids, etc.

Save for URD spec U headers, intake and OV tune handheld. The handheld is not finished yet but the headers and intake will give you something to do pass the time.

Do you get $300 of blow and see what kind of stripper will come home with you or do you have a blow to stripper ratio that needs to be maintained? Asking for a friend.....
