    The regional engineer who looked at my truck concluded that the cluster was sending a digital signal to an analog display and that was the reason for the problem? Apparently they reengineered a cluster to send an analog signal and that's what I now have.

    I wouldn' think the cluster will be sending any signals! It just receives them from the ecu! And if the gauge was wired to an analog channel that now is sending a digital signal then that channel is bad!
    His explanation don' make much sence!
