I just purchased a entune radio and I intend to swap out my OEM non touch radio with XM. Upon installation I found that some of the plugs didn't fit including the antenna plug. Is there a special harness that will make this comparable?

The entune connection pic is on top
My non touch radio is below

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
I am far from an expert, but I would be looking on Amazon or ebay for some compatible parts/plugs. I just swapped from a 17 6 inch entune w/Scout Nav and XM to a 17 7 inch entune w/factory NAV and XM -- --it was a seamless swap, and everything works.
Of course yours is tougher as the parts are not 100% compatible. You might also check your local stereo shops and call Crutchfield (their people are very knowing/helpful).

Here’s the spider cable you will need...

Take a look here for the complete install for 2012 retrofit:

You can save some money on the GPS antenna, what I did, it worked fine.

For the XM antenna, just get a cheapo

I got it working all except the USB port. Any ideas on how to connect the wiring. I' m guessing the ports are missing wires

Which head unit do you have, look for small on front bezel.

For USB, I think the port is #2 shown here:

Does anyone know what is on connector #2? The 12 pin connector?

No idea, but someone has electrical schematics on TW; somewhere I saw entire wiring diagrams....just look around and find the download like, then mine through the plans, which are very detailed and colored
