My girlfriend got me a candle for Christmas. WTF am I doing wrong?

 

I got a few guns I want to sell. How are you guys going about this? I've sold many things through forums and eBay, but not sure about firearms. I assume I have to have it sent to an FFL?

As for shipping...you can technically ship it. it has to go to a FFL though. The only hiccup is some FFL's wont accept shipments from non-FFLs. But that is just something you have to mention in your ad that their ffl must accept non-ffl shipments.

 

Check the laws for your state, in my state I can sell private party and don't have to go through an FFL.
Find a gun forum for your state and sell via that.

The few guns I have sold I did via http://texasguntrader.com/. At least in Texas for a private party sell you do not need a FFL.

I don't know of any off the top of my head, Sum Gy custom firearms in Ms might do them but I'm not sure, he typically does precision rifles and 1911's.
