OME on 886 springs and Dakar leafs does the trick, at a price that doesn't punish the wallet too bad.

887 springs do the same with a softer ride, or 885 plus spacers. Or Fox coilovers, or Icon, or ADS, or King.

"Best for the money" has many interpretations.

3" spacer lifts are a bad idea. Preloading stock coils for 3" of lift is also a bad idea. You'll need UCAs to adjust your caster angle for that much lift.

    Do your research

Would you believe I have 1/4" spacers in there with my 886 springs? Contrary to popular belief, the 886 springs are pretty smooth, especially when they bed in after 6 months or so. Like all springs, they sag over time. And I've found that the 886 springs, fully bedded in with a 1/4" spacer on each side, is pretty darn close to the original 3" I was getting in the front when first installed.

I honestly wish I had gone 886 instead of 885. I had to add 1/2" spacers to get back to 2" of rake. 885 coils are a little soft for my truck.

That’s probably the plan I will go with, but we’ll see. I think they’re on vacation right now.

No dollar limit just something that is good. I drive quite a bit, approximately 35 miles per day. Occasional off roading.

Sure. Even better. No dollar limit why not. Add some military axles, beadlocks and 40" tires.

    I'll chime in.

887 coils, 5100 shocks and 1/4in driver spacer up front. Oh, and JBA UCAs.
Progressive AAL and Fox 2.0 with CD adjustors in the rear.
