Repainted my bumper with this stuff. Hopefully it works better than the rattle can stuff I originally used that the rust came through it.

It's a bastard leaf pack I made using part of the stock leaf pack and swapping/adding different leafs.
I have a DMZ SUA kit just haven't had time to install it yet.

lol I've been thinking about it more and more. I used to get pulled over regularly in my car. I wanted my Tacoma to be as street legal as possible.

    DMZ long travel kit install!

Pictures taken 12/27/17 the morning after working about half a day on 12/26/17.

All that was done in 5 hours. It's basically all done now was just to dark to take pictures.

    Only thing left is:
    -Driveshaft work
    -Bump and straps
    -Make some emergency brake brackets
-Put 3 of the 8 slider bolts back in
-Paint chassis(just has primer on everything)

Took about 14 hours (5 first day, 9 second day) of non rushing working. That also includes taking all the tools/equipment out and putting everything away since I did it in a driveway I couldn't leave all my stuff out... Basically did everything myself. My dad helped lift/lower the floor jack when I needed, maneuver the leafs in the hangers, with the measurements, ran to the store to get tools and bought me food!

Hopefully getting my driveshaft shortened and slip yoke added on this Friday(my day off). I only drove it up and down the driveway.

lol Yupppp!!! Was easier and went quicker than I thought. I'm sure if I did it again it would be a lot easier and quicker.
I have some hydro bumps installed too. Just haven't taken good pictures yet.

Oh yeah, instructions were straight forward and the only part that was tricky was setting pinion angle for the DS.

No more bucking over little bumps now!

Before starting I took the drive shaft off and got the pinion angle at stock height on the ground with an angle finder zeroed on the ground right below the pinion. Wrote it down and when I installed the leafs with loose u-bolts and didn't weld the perches. I put the tires back on I matched the same pinion angle and tacked in the perches. That's what Tim told me to do lol.
It just felt like it took forever to grind out those rivets from the stock hangers...

So I have a bed cage, tool box and a 35" spare. I put my girlfriends leaf springs 58lbs each in the bed and it rode smoother! I think I remember Tim saying those springs like ~200lbs in the rear. I was real close to that number maybe 220lbs with the 1st gen leafs in my bed.
