Hope everyone had a merry Christmas! Needing some help on my rear end, I’m running a 10” atlas leaf pack with 3 of the leafs removed and a archive garage shackle flip added so its around 11-11.5” of rear lift as well as resi icons in the rear and traction bars. The ride is stiff in the rear from how much arch the springs have and not much weight in the rear end, anything I can do to help get it smoother? I’ve looked into 4 linking the rear or doing Chevy leaf spring swap but I was trying to avoid blocks and trying to get best ride quality

I don't think there's much you could do with a lift like that besides remove another leaf or two if the pack can support that. With that much arch in the springs you're never going to get a very smooth ride.

Add about 5 to 6 inches of sidewall. That would help alot.

having the custom atlas springs they should ride fine, (assuming they build them well) how stiff are the shocks? start with some easy stuff, remove the links and see how it goes, then remove the shocks if that doesnt help, bounce it and see how well it responds. maybe the valving is off on the shocks. if its still stupid stiff you might just have to much lift or need better springs

Traction bars like that cause binding. Thats one spot of your stiff rear suspension. 2. remove more leafs. 3. Do proper measurements for shock length and bumpstop placement.... currently id bet money that shocks would bottom out WELL before bumpstop would even touch frame, wouldnt want those expensive shocks to be blown!!

If you feel the need to run a traction bar do so with a ladder style setup with a proper front mount shackle on the traction bar for bind free suspension movement (this is what i have on my truck to get rid of axle wrap)

While i mostly hate lifted trucks like this, i applaud you for doing it "right" that is staying away from shitty blocks etc.
