Painting spyder headlights

    Has anyone ever opened up spyder headlights and painted the housing ? Mine are all chrome housing and I want to color match them.

    ‘22 4Runner, ‘14 F150, and I’ve had 4 Tacomas (‘12, ‘15, ‘16, ‘18), 2 FJs
    Same process as factory housings:

    - Easy Off heavy duty to strip the chrome
    - Plastic Primer
    - Paint of choice

    I generally just take my headlight parts to a body shop so the paint is flawless. Often runs about $50/pair.
