Radio turns off when I turn lights off

2012 Off-road with stock JBL DD head unit with backup camera and upgraded front speakers.

When I pull into the driveway I will sometimes flip the lights off. Sometimes the radio turns off. Tonight it happened playing Spotify through Bluetooth. Any ideas???

 

Did you recently wire in something? I had an old ford that when the shop installed the radio the radio shut off when the lever was actuated to turn on or off. I believe it's something to do with the backlighting coming on with the dash lights.

If you haven't done any wiring aside from new speakers then hopefully someone can chime in as I can't think of why it would just start doing it.

 

The only wiring I’ve messed with was for the fog light anytime mod, the ultimate headlight mod, and the mod that allows all the interior lights to turn on when the doors open.

 

Just picked up an 08 ac cab. Sounds like i got similar issues except blinker changes station, head light turn radio off. They only thing done is a new frame before i could take delivery of the truck.
